1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Foxybiz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Foxybiz provides software development services including but not limited to web application development, backend API development, AI integration, and cloud deployment services.

All services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing support agreements as mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work. Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit with remaining payments tied to project milestones or completion.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom code and designs created specifically for your project.

Foxybiz retains ownership of any reusable components, frameworks, or tools developed independently and used in your project.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and secure. We will not disclose your business information, code, or project details to third parties without your consent.

7. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in the project agreement. Post-launch support and maintenance are available through separate agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Foxybiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
